If you cancel your arranged session with at least 24 hours before your appointment you will not be charged for your missed session. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours you will still be charged for half the regular fee. I am willing to show discretion in some instances however when missing your appointment cannot be helped. In such instances we can arrange an alternative time for your appointment.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the unlikely event that the Therapist needs to cancel an appointment I will do my utmost to give 48hrs notice. This will be done by phone call, text or email. I will then endeavor to arrange a new session as soon as possible.
